Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care products, intimate items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Costs
In case of returns (except damaged/wrong items), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
